There are many signs of grief that will affect the outcome of bereavement. Many of the signs are often labeled as “acting weird or different”. These are all normal grieving effects that you will encounter as you go through the various stages of grief. You are never alone when we provide you with the spiritual coaching and support you need during your journey to recovery.

No Energy

  • Always exhausted
  • Muscle tightness or weakness
  • Body in pain
  • Fidgety or restless

Can't Sleep

  • Sleep constantly interrupted
  • Disturbing dreams
  • Insomnia

Upset Eating Habits

  • No appetite
  • Nausea / Indigestion
  • Overeating / Diarrhea
  • Excessive weight gain or loss

Physical Changes

  • Heart palpitations
