Our services treat each individual grief situation differently. We realize that understanding, compassion, and empathy are critical components to recovery. To us, each person is as individual as a snowflake, so uniquely designed, and thus respond differently during stages of grieving.
You may discover that there are few people who understand the deep hurt you feel. It’s a very confusing time when you feel isolated and have many unanswered questions.
Comforting Support Services
Individual Support
Springs of Hope Grief-Care Center provides individual grief-care services at our offices, in your home, or other place essential to your recovery. We provide a protocol that involves intake processing and case assignment. We are thorough in selecting a qualified staff member that will provide compassionate services for your unique needs.
Group Support
Support groups are critical in meeting your emotional, physical, and spiritual challenges that prevent you from recovering. We provide a multitude of platforms to meet your needs. We also provide in-home group meetings (by special request) for a more relaxing and personal experience. We endeavor to remove physical location barriers that would hinder healing and restoration.
We also provide individual and group Skype sessions for conducting meetings from the comforts of our offices and homes.
Funeral Arrangements
We are often overwhelmed by the unexpected death of a loved one. The family must quickly assemble to make delicate decisions that can sometimes tear a family apart. Funeral arrangements must be made: flowers, the program, location, etc. All of these elements must be chosen with care, love, and compromise.
Family Coach (a family representative) will assist in coordinating your services with the mortuary of your choice. Our staff is confident and fully qualified to bring you (and your family) peace of mind.
Training Services
We are staffed to provide organizations training for grieving employees, transitioning employees, and those requiring basic care techniques.
